Privacy policy
Effective 22 October 2026 · Frutta by Daniele ArcuriYour subscription information
Frutta stores the services, prices, currencies, billing intervals, renewal dates and optional registrar domain names you choose to keep, along with payment dates and amounts you confirm in your history. These records are stored locally on your device and, when enabled, in your private Apple iCloud database. The developer does not operate a server that receives these records and cannot access your private iCloud database.
Statement PDFs and images
You can choose a PDF or image from Files or Photos. Frutta reads it on your device to propose services matched to its catalog. Frutta does not upload the document, photo or extracted document text to the developer or to its iCloud database. The source you selected remains in its original location, which may itself be managed by Files, Photos or your storage provider.
Frutta creates protected temporary working copies, excluded from backup, while reading a document. It removes these copies when reading finishes, fails or is cancelled. If the app is interrupted, cleanup removes abandoned document copies at launch and abandoned working pages when processing next starts. Structured proposals awaiting your review are kept separately in protected local storage, excluded from backup; they can remain until you keep or discard them. They are not synced to iCloud. Keeping a proposal saves its subscription and confirmed payment records, not the original document.
No tracking or advertising
The app includes no advertising or tracking SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites. The developer does not sell your information or use it to build advertising profiles. Frutta does not ask for bank credentials or connect to bank accounts.
App usage statistics
The App Store version of Frutta sends a few anonymous usage events to DataDash, a statistics service operated by the developer at datada.sh and hosted on Cloudflare: that the app was opened, which main screen was shown, and that an in-app purchase was completed. Each event carries only its name, the screen name and a random identifier created for that single event. It contains no device, advertising or user identifier, no subscription records, prices, documents or payment details, and it is not linked to your identity or to your iCloud data. Nothing is stored on your device for statistics and no cookies are used. Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the request and derives an approximate location (country, region and city) that may be recorded with the event; the IP address itself is not stored with the event. Statistics are not sent from development builds.
Apple services
Apple processes purchases through the App Store. Frutta uses StoreKit to check purchase entitlement and restore purchases; the developer does not receive your payment card details. Apple manages iCloud accounts and storage under its own privacy policy.
Control and retention
Deleting a subscription removes it from the active list and stops future estimates for it. Confirmed payments remain in your history. A preserved local copy from an earlier transfer to iCloud may remain on that device until the app’s local data is removed. iCloud copies are controlled through your Apple account and iCloud settings. Deleting the app does not necessarily delete iCloud data.
Support requests
If you contact support, the developer receives the information you choose to send and uses it to respond. You can also contact support to request deletion of your support correspondence. Do not send passwords, payment details or bank statements.
Website usage statistics
Website usage statistics
DataDash, operated by the website owner and hosted on Cloudflare, counts page loads and actions such as App Store or contact link clicks on this website. Essential measurement does not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. It records a page path without query strings, referring domain, country and broad browser/device information; it does not receive app content, photos, documents, form entries, email addresses or payment details. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable this collection. Website statistics are separate from the app. Cloudflare may process network information to deliver and protect requests.
Only if you accept the DataDash statistics choice, random visitor and session identifiers are stored in this browser to count visitors, journeys and activity in the last 5 minutes. The choice is remembered for up to 180 days. Declining keeps page counts without visitor identifiers. Use “Review DataDash choice” to withdraw consent and remove the visitor identifiers. Different browsers or devices may count as different visitors. Visitor counts exclude visits without consent.

Support
Frutta keeps your subscriptions in one place on iPhone and iPad. Select services from the catalog, or import a statement PDF or image from Files or Photos. Import proposes matching services from the catalog; it may not recognize every service or document layout. Review the results, complete missing details and choose Keep or Keep all. You can choose monthly, yearly or weekly billing in Details before keeping a result. After saving, open the subscription details to change the billing interval or next renewal date. Registrar services can also have an optional domain name.
Purchases and restoring Frutta Pro
Five subscriptions are free. One non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks unlimited subscriptions. Tap the frutta name in the app to find Purchase and Restore purchases. Apple manages payment and purchase restoration.
iCloud
To sync between devices, use the same Apple account and enable iCloud Drive and Frutta in iCloud settings. Synchronization requires connectivity and may take time. There is no separate Frutta account.
Spending totals
Spending estimates use your saved prices and billing intervals. History includes payments you confirm, including those you keep from an imported statement. Frutta does not connect to your bank or independently verify payments. Keeping an imported payment confirms its details; it does not establish that future payments will occur. Different currencies are kept separate.
Documents and iCloud
Reading takes place on your device. Subscription records and confirmed payment history can sync through your private iCloud database; imported PDFs, photos and pending proposals do not sync through Frutta. Your original document is not deleted by importing it.
Deleting information
Swipe left on a subscription and choose Delete, or open its details and delete it there. With iCloud enabled, changes are synchronized to your devices.
